Hampers for Mother’s Day – we are offering a special treat direct to your lodge between 9th – 22nd March. Consisting of a small bouquet of flowers, scented candle, delicious homemade very chocolatey brownies, bottle of fizz all wrapped up in a basket. JANUARY 2026 – Please be aware that as of the 12th January 2026 our park will only be available to our accommodation guests. We will no longer be able to accept members or day visitors on site. Please contact us for further details.
December 2025:
All members please be aware that given we need to carry out important site works, the whole site will be closed – including accommodation from 12th January – 31st January. You will not have access to Fairwood Lakes at any time. An email has been sent to those who have subscribed to hear from us. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We are really excited to be collaborating with GloPamper to allow our guests luxury spa treatments from the comfort of their accommodation. GloPamper offer professional mobile spa treatments whether for individuals needing a pick me up, for all the family or couples who want a bit of us time. CAFE CLOSED AS OF 9am FRIDAY 12th SEPTEMBER…
We will only be re-opening again for events and peak seasons such as October half term / Christmas periods.
Please bear with us during this transition and look out for further updates on our website.
It is regretful that we won’t be able to offer hot food or drinks from our cafe whilst it is shut, however, we will be implementing hot drinks machine from our Reception area imminently where members can check in and grab something whilst on site.
You are very welcome to bring your own picnic / food on site during your time here. Our play areas and outdoor spaces will still be accessible to members – We ask that all children are strictly supervised by a responsible adult at ALL TIMES in ALL AREAS of the park.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope that you will still enjoy your time here.

Excited for 2026:
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing Fairwood Lakes, we are introducing a selection of new lodges to the park.
While these improvements are underway, there may be some intermittent construction activity on site until the end of June. Every effort is being made to ensure minimal disruption to our guests during this period.
